customers accessing the Reboxed trade-in service through this
website.
Our Role
Pugo Markets operates as an agent and customer-support channel for
the Reboxed trade-in programme, subject to the scope of the
applicable agency agreement.
We help customers understand the valuation process, prepare their
devices, follow delivery instructions and communicate about their
trade-in orders.
Pugo Markets is not REBOXED LTD. Unless expressly stated otherwise
in writing, the legal contract to purchase an accepted device is
formed with REBOXED LTD.

- Assisting with postage and tracking enquiries
- Routing enquiries to the relevant processing team
Device Assessment
Device inspection, final grading, revised offers, returns
and payment are carried out by REBOXED LTD and/or its
appointed operational partners.

can help reduce avoidable electronic waste and keep existing
technology in use for longer.
Devices that cannot be safely refurbished or reused may be directed
to appropriate recycling channels.
